Chocolate IS good for you…..conditions apply!

Most people have quite a relationship with chocolate. We eat it when we want to celebrate something or when we are feeling down. We use chocolate to tell people we love them or to say that we are sorry.


We also describe it as one of life’s guilty pleasures because traditional chocolate is high in sugar and saturated fat. Not to mention the hidden nasties that popular chocolate bars can contain like palm oil, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.


But before you despair there is a satisfying and healthy alternative! Chocolate that is raw and organic with no added sugar provides health benefits and gives us a nutritious and yummy way to fill the space that removing the traditional chocolate left for some of us!
